Alexia Nepola and her husband Todd are calling it quits after two years of marriage.
The couple, who celebrated their one year anniversary in Italy, now say their marriage is 'irretrievably broken.'
Todd, 51, filed the court papers on April 11, according to Page Six.
Alexia, 56, best known as a member of the Real Housewives of Miami cast, has yet to respond to the petition.
Todd, a commercial real estate executive, revealed in his filing that each had signed a prenuptial agreement on Dec. 10, 2021, six days before they tied the knot.

The details of the contract were not listed in the filing.
The pair tied the knot quietly in St. Barts.
The Bravo star told US Weekly at the time she announced it, the intimate ceremony was 'perfect for us! Truly everything we wanted. Just him and I.'
'Our favorite moment of the ceremony was when a big sea turtle came up to above the water. I knew there was a symbolic and spiritual meaning and the universe trying to tell me something,' she recalled.
The mother of two, shares her sons Peter, 31, and Frankie, 27, with ex-husband Pedro Rosello, to whom she was married from 1992 to 1996.
She became famous as Alexia Echevarria when she married her late husband Hermann, who passed away unexpectedly in 2016. They were separated at the time of his death.
Alexia and Todd met in 2017 and became engaged in 2019, before walking down the aisle two years later.
The relationship between Todd and his step-son Peter was always a difficult one.

It's been going on for a few years,' Alexia told BravoTV.com in January 2022.
'The viewers are going to see Todd's side of the argument, and they're also going to see Peter's side of the argument. And the truth is, you can never judge. You have to be at the moment and really know the whole story in order to form an opinion.'
The devoted mom also helps provide care for Frankie, who suffered permanent brain damage from a 2011 car accident.
Since then, she has worked as an advocate for people with brain injuries.
